Our 3D rendering — using the latest technologies and advanced computer graphics — helps developers, architects and realtors save money by cutting cost and shortening development stages. To effectively manage projects we follow the work process below, which involves the customer as well as the customer's customer.
Step One — Discovery & Requirement Outline. We gather floor plans and elevations (CAD drawings / sketches), confirm the number of interior and exterior images, the viewing angle, and any specs for size, aspect ratio and resolution. (Standard images are up to 2500 px / 300 dpi unless specified.)
Step Two — Quote, Timeline & Approval. We present a detailed schedule of deliverables and dates, draw up a contract with billing terms, and take an advance to begin — keeping the project on time and on budget.
Step Three — 3D Modelling. Base draft objects built from your CAD / sketches, used for review and direct mark-up before we build the full 3D models.
Step Four — Landscape / Initial Rendering. Low-resolution views with landscaping, textures and lighting for preview and camera approval.
Step Five — Preview Images. People, vehicles and furniture added so you see exactly how the final presentation will read, and can mark comments.
Step Six — Final Rendering. With wireframe and previews approved, we render at full resolution.
Step Seven — Post Production. Combining scenes, background music, graphics, landscaping and voice-over.
Step Eight — Delivery & Final Invoice. Final files delivered, final invoice at Net-30 terms.
